The following Payment Terms, regulate payments you make or receive through the LazySMM platform lazysmm.com (the “Platform”), which operated by referred to as "LazySMM", "we" or "us", "you" or "user__" refers to you as a user of this platform.

Payment Service Providers provide payment services to the LazySMM platform, including the purchases, collection of funds, withdrawal, currency exchange services.

In LazySMM we use payment service providers, such as Stripe, Paypal.

Please read carefully these Payment Terms before making or receiving any payments through the Platform. These Payment terms are an integral part of LazySMM Terms of Service. By making or receiving a payment through the Platform, you confirm and agree to these Payment Terms including the terms of the payment service providers.

General terms

For most of the locations, you can make a purchase on LazySMM using Credit Cards and Paypal.

In order to process your purchase we are required to share your personal information with financial institutions and payment processing companies, including your submitted payment.

Subscription fees of our services are fixed and require you to pay fees upon registration for the applicable premium services. All the fees are non-refundable.

Fees vary depending on the plan and selected currency. We have the right to change prices informing you 30 days before your subscription cycle. We will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information published on the website up to date.

LazySMM, at its sole discretion, may make any promotional offers with different features and combinations and different pricing terms to any LazySMM customers.

Depending on your location and residency, currency fees may have a difference in prices and may affect your payment according to your local currency.

You can downgrade or upgrade your plan using the platform any time. Your obligation to pay fees continues through the end of the period (monthly or annual).

You agree to receive invoices and receipts from LazySMM in electronic form in PDF format, by email or through the Platform.

Payment information is collected by Payment Service Provides to protect against unauthorized transactions, fraud, money laundering and claims. Your payment information is the subject to the privacy policy of the Payment Service Provider. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.

By using any payment method for making a purchase on LazySMM, you confirm that:

• Such actions do not violate any applicable laws.
• You are authorized to provide such information legally
• You are legally authorized to make payments using the selected payment method
• If you are an agent or employee of a company, you are authorized by that company or person to make payments on LazySMM

Currencies

In LazySMM we have multiple currencies. Unless otherwise your invoice and the purchase amount will be displayed in the selected currency. In some cases you may change the payment currency on the Payment Service Provider payment page during the purchase process.

Taxes

By default, LazySMM charges users with VAT tax for all the purchases. Any amount is required to collect will be in addition to the purchase amount and any other fees payable by the Buyer.

The VAT is always shown to the price on the Platform and is displayed to the Buyer before the payment.

Users are responsible for paying any indirect or direct taxes or income taxes which may apply to them depending on the location, residency or under provisions of their jurisdiction.

VAT rates

• 0%, if you are a legal entity located in the European Union with a valid VAT number.
• 20%, if you are a legal entity located in the European Union without a valid VAT number or you are a private person located in the European Union.
• 20%, if you are a legal entity or a private person located in Estonia.
• 0% if you are a legal entity or a private person located outside of European Union

Order cancellations and refund

We believe in a fair refund policy. If you haven’t used your plan for more than a day after the last charge (excluding any automated actions set up by you) or you forgot to cancel your subscription, we would be happy to issue a refund of your latest charge. Otherwise fees are non-refundable.

In the case if you have an annual subscription, we are not able to process a refund.

Applying a transaction dispute or claiming a payment through your bank or payment provider violates these Payment Terms. This may lead to account suspension. If you have applied for a dispute with your bank or a service provider, the funds will not be eligible for a refund due to our obligations to the payment provider.

Your subscription can be cancelled on LazySMM’s platform in your Account section.

LazySMM has the right to place funds on hold or cancel a project if there is any suspicious activity.

Refunds

We may limit the total amount of times users can request a payment refund for security reasons to prevent fraud and abuse.

Refunds may be subject to additional fees including, but not limited to serve your refund transactions.

General

Modifications of these Payment Terms

We may make changes to these Payment Terms from time to time without a prior notice. You confirm and agree that if you use LazySMM after the Payment Terms have been changed, LazySMM will treat you using the updated version of Payment Terms.

Warranty disclaimer

THE USE OF THE PLATFORM, LazySMM AND ANY OF OTHER SERVICES, ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALL THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON “AS IS'' AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY KIND OF WARRANTIES, EITHER IMPLIED OR EXPRESS. NEITHER ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH LazySMM PLATFORM NOR LazySMM MAKES ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE SECURITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY OR AVAILABILITY OF THE PLATFORM. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS.

BY ACTING AS THE LIMITED AUTHORIZED PAYMENT COLLECTION AGENT OF THE SELLER, LazySMM ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR ANY OMISSIONS OR ACTS OF THE SELLER.

LazySMM INCLUDING ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY KIND OF DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USAGE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT. THIS INCLUDES ANY CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM INCLUDING ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF REVENUE, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USAGE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS.
